This site has no email address or phone number, and nobody here can open, unlock or change a DM First account.
Who fixes DM First account problems?
Account trouble is handled by DM First customer service. The clearest route seen is the Contact customer service button in the lock message shown after too many wrong passwords, and the login screen also points forgetful members to customer service. Which channel sits behind that button was not visible.
Before you message support
- Have the phone number or email linked to the account ready.
- Take a screenshot of the error or lock message.
- Mention what you already tried, for example the Forgot password link.
- Keep your password private; support should not need it.
Messages from fake DM First support
If someone messages you first, says they work for DM First and wants your password or a code, do not reply to them.
