Who fixes DmFirst account problems?
Account trouble is handled by DmFirst customer service. The clearest route seen is the Contact customer service button in the lock message shown after too many wrong passwords, and the login screen also points forgetful members to customer service. Which channel sits behind that button was not visible.
Before you message support
- Have the phone number or email linked to the account ready.
- Take a screenshot of the error or lock message.
- Mention what you already tried, for example the Forgot password link.
- Keep your password private; support should not need it.
Messages from fake DmFirst support
If someone messages you first, says they work for DmFirst and wants your password or a code, do not reply to them.
