Forgot DM First Password or Account Locked
A forgotten DM First password is handled through the Forgot password? link on the login screen. That screen also tells members who lose a password to contact customer service.

DM First password reset from the login screen
- Go to the DM First login screen described on the login page.
- Tap Forgot password?, found between the Remember password option and the Log in button.
- Work through each prompt as it appears; the reset screens were not opened for this guide.
- If a new password is requested, the rule printed on the register form is a safe guide: at least 8 characters, combining letters and numbers.
- Sign in again on the phone or email tab that matches your account.
What triggers the DM First account lock
Entering the wrong password more than 10 times brings up a lock message. It asks you to set a fresh password through Forgot Password and includes a Contact customer service button. After two or three failed guesses, switch to the reset link instead.
Right password, still refused?
- The Email tab is open but the account was made with a phone number, or the other way round.
- Your keyboard capitalised the first letter or autocorrected a word.
- A leading 0 or an extra 91 was typed although +91 is already selected.
Cases only customer service can sort out
Ask support when the reset does not recognise your number or email, when the phone number on the account is no longer yours, or when the lock keeps returning. The checked screens did not name the support channel, so begin with the Contact customer service option on the platform's lock message.
Questions and answers
Does DM First send an OTP for a password reset?
Not confirmed. No OTP box showed on the login or register screens checked. If a code is requested, enter it only on the platform page.
Will a new account bring back my old one?
No. A new sign-up is a separate account. The create account guide covers that form if you still want one.
